My name is Aaron Whitford and I am from Berkeley County in the Eastern Panhandle. I have 3 sisters, 8 nieces, and a nephew. FSU is my 3rd college attended in 4 years. I started out at Shepherd University, then to Garrett College my 2nd year. I have been here the last 2. I am majoring in Secondary Education to be a PE/Health teacher. I am also hoping to get a Master's in Special Education. I play baseball here at FSU. I am a pitcher, #19. Look forward to seeing you all come to our games!!!

Jep./Action buttons

We downloaded a Jeporady template from Mr. Pierce's FTP site. We learned how to make the action buttons for the game. We had to create a Jep. game in our content area. We editted the hyperlinks, and linked them to each other. We also began to create our own website. Check out Coach Whitford's page!!(see link in My links)

ClassMate Eval

We filled out an evaluation on a fellow classmate'es blog. We basically gave it a grade and went through and made sure all the links and everything worked and all the blogs were up to date with standards.

Powerpoint

We had a lecture that went over powerpoint, different formats, how to save and change file types. Then we searched the web for a powerpoint presentation in our content area. We then saved it to our desktops. Next we saved it in powerpoint show and an older version of powerpoint so it can open on the web. We also saved it as a PDF format. We then published it as a webpage. Now we put them on our FTP site and are linking them to our blogs. We have now published the powerpoint and PDF format in google docs.



This satisfies the ISTE standard number 3 because it inspires using all digital resources and knowing how to use them. It also helps teachers to more effectively communicate relevant information.3. Podcast

Slowly this podcast is being put together.This is my script for it. After a week of finally getting the software downloaded, baseball trips, practice, and other various family and personal reasons, my podcast has been recorded. Finally, here is my podcast.

LP and Test

I made a Health Lesson plan on obesity. I used the Intel tool for my tech in this lesson. I used the same project I made earler in the semester. I am enhancing the student's knowledge on this tool and educating them about factors and risks with obesity. I made a test on the LP I made.
